  1. Overview
    • Implemented an AI feature that generates a Business Model Canvas (BMC) based on the answers a founder provides to a set of questions.
    • Flawed business models account for 20% of startup failures, and the goal was to help founders review this early on.
  2. My Contributions
    • Implemented an LLM-based document generation feature using Spring AI.
    • Implemented LLM-based features across the board, including competitor analysis and a personalized chatbot.
    • Analyzed requirements through consultations and interviews with company operators.
